The "Regional Effects of climate change" page source 2 comes from the EPA, and it is cited all over the place. Unfortunately, the Trump administration has removed climate change information from their website-- well isn't that just fucked?

Ocean heat content page--"it is with high confidence that..." sentence is close paraphrase of source material.
