Development and release

Knack II was announced on 3 December 2016, at the PlayStation Experience event.[2] The game is being developed by SIE Japan Studio.[3] Marianne Krawczyk, a writer of the God of War series of video games, joined the development team to write the story script of Knack II.[3] It is scheduled to be released on September 5, 2017.[1]
