Sidney E. Berger is an American historian and author.

Life

He completed his BA at the University of California, Berkeley in 1965. He completed his MA at the University of Iowa in 1967.[1]

He completed his PhD at University of Iowa in 1971.[2]

Career

He is currently a Professor of English and Communications at Simmons College. He has worked as the Head of Special Collections at the University of California, Riverside.[3]

He has served as the Ann C. Pingree Director of the Phillips Library and the Peabody Essex Museum.[4]
