I Feel Pretty is an upcoming American comedy film directed by Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein. The film stars Amy Schumer and will be released June 29, 2018.
Plot
"Renee Bennett, an ordinary woman who struggles with feelings of insecurity and inadequacy on a daily basis, wakes up from a fall believing she is the most beautiful and capable woman in the world. With this newfound confidence she is empowered to live her life fearlessly and flawlessly."[1]

Production
On April 17, 2017, it was announced that Amy Schumer was signed on to star in I Feel Pretty, written and directed by Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein, and set to commence principal production on the East Coast, particularly in Boston, Massachusetts, in July 2017.[4]
On May 25, 2017, it was announced that STX Entertainment had acquired domestic distribution rights for I Feel Pretty, in the 15 million range, at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.[5] On May 31, 2017, Michelle Williams joined the cast.[2] In June 2017, Emily Ratajkowski and Rafe Spall joined the cast.[6][1] On July 28, 2017, it was announced that Rory Scovel had replaced Spall due to a "travel issue" that couldn't be resolved before the shoot". It was also revealed that the film had commenced principal production and would not only shoot in Boston, but in New York City too.[3]
Release
I Feel Pretty is scheduled to be released on June 29, 2018 by STX Entertainment.[7]
