Sundeep Kishan is an Indian film actor known for his works primarily in Telugu films.
Career
Kishan is the nephew of cinematographers Chota K. Naidu and Shyam K. Naidu.[1][2] In 2008, he assisted director Gautham Menon on Vaaranam Aayiram. He sang "Cell Phone-lu Balance" song in the movie "Idega Asapaddav".[3][4] and moved to Hyderabad that same year.[1]
He worked as an assistant director to Gautham Menon for a year, before making his acting debut with "Sneha Geetham", a product of LARSCO (Lagadapati Sridhar) who produced films like Evadi Gola Vaadide and Style.[2]
Deva Katta referred Kishan to his friends, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K., which led to Kishan's casting in his first Hindi venture, Shor in the City.[3][4] He also did a telugu movie DK Bose (2013) opposite Nisha Aggarwal. Director: An Bose
Sundeep Kishan stated that he was very happy since his 2015 released film Tiger was appreciated by Tollywood stars like Ravi Teja,[5][6] Allu Arjun and R. Narayana Murthy. He has also acted in Venkatadri Express, Ra Ra... Krishnayya.[7] After Maanagaram, Sundeep has signed for his next Tamil project Aram Seithu Pazhagu, which is directed by Suseenthiran.[8]
Media issues
In June 2014, it was reported by the media that Kishan was arrested for driving while intoxicated. In response, Kishan urged the media to check their facts prior to reporting, claiming that the person arrested was another actor known by a similar name.[9][better source needed]
