I am a commercial insurance professional dedicated to the education of others with the goal of enhance their understanding of how these products work; to clarify what they are intended to do (and not to do).

I am also an avid consumer of "personal development", "fitness" and "mindfulness" content.

I plan to focus my edits and content creation generally in these areas.
