António Campinos

António Campinos is a Portuguese civil servant, who is Executive Director of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) as of 2017. He took up the position on 1 October 2010.[1][2][3] Before that, he was in charge of Portugal’s National Institute of Industrial Property.[3] He has been elected as the next President of the European Patent Office, a post he is due to take up on 1 July 2018[4].
