Most of regulation are occur around the nucleosome which is chromatin basic repeating unit [1]. The nucleosome is prepared by wrap 147 base pair of DNA less than two times around octameric protein core. Nucleosome precipitation happen during DNA replication [2].To start gene transcription in eukaryotes needs multi protein complex (PIC)1 that can help RNA polymerase to a promoter. At many promoters binding TATA box to TBP is the most important step in PIC assembly. In C- terminal domain TBP consists of 180-residue that is all eukaryotes 80% are identical in sequence while in N- terminal domain there are different in length and sequence [3].
