Samarqand District is a district of Samarqand Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at Gulabad. The district was established in 1930.

Administrative divisions

As of 1 January 2011, the district contains two urban citizen's assemblies Gulabad and Hoja Ahror Wali and the rural citizens' assemblies: [1]
