  • First of all, thanks for looking after some of these pages--they've attracted a lot of not-encyclopedic edits from crazy people like MS. I'm not pro or con anything, but I really hate misleading armchair speculation like the kind Sparks puts out. I ran into his nonsense when I was researching military hardware for some setting design, and got really annoyed at his attempts to mislead (ignorant) people like me. Since then I've taken to getting rid of his stuff anytime I come across it, on the assumption it's not a proper reference. This one seemed to be, so I tweaked it and left it in... It shouldn't bug me this much to leave something of his unpurged. :D Therealhazel (talk) 07:57, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
