Mordecai is an American synth pop band from Portland, OR. The band released their debut full-length album on Indipendead Records; It's Never Enough (released on August 30, 2017). The band consists of Andrew Endres (lead vocals, bass, additional synthesisers, samplers), Kate Kilbourne (synthesisers, violin, vocals) and Corey Foster (drums, samplers).


History

Mordecai formed in 2014 and gained traction by performing live and promoting themselves on the internet and through their fans.

It's Never Enough was released on August 30, 2017.[1] The album was highly received by critics,[2] with reviews from Telegram,[3] Lemonwire,[4] WorldNews,[5] Vortex Magazine,[6] , High Note,[7] and other outlets.[8]

In late 2016 the band embarked on a West Coast/Southwest tour of the United States and Mexico from Seattle, WA to Tijuana, MX to Salt Lake City, UT.[9][10][11] In 2017 the band embarked on a 3 month long full European Tour spanning 11 countries including Italy,[12] Germany,[13][14] France, Denmark, Belgium, The Netherlands,[15] Czech Republic,[16] Spain,[17] Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria.
