My name is John and I'm an academic librarian in California. My interests include scholarly communication, higher education, liberal arts, and information literacy. I have a Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University and Master of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, where I studied medieval literature. I was inspired by the work of Adrianne Wadewitz to become a Wikipedia editor and to teach Wikipedia to others, especially undergraduate students.
