Teesha Nigam (born 21st December) is an Indian Musician, singer, composer and a live performer

She is the daughter of singer Agam Kumar Nigam and sibling of Sonu Nigam

Teesha is also a known voice in South indian film industry after she shot to fame with her song 'Dheera Dheera' from the cult Telugu movie 'Magadheera'. Apart from winning awards including The Best Playback Singer for this song, Teesha has also lent her voices in Telugu movies like Super, Bujjigadu, Saleem, Sree, Political Rowdy, Gunde Jhallumandi, Shard Sai to name a few.

Following the singing legacy of her father Agam Kumar Nigam, Teesha has also sung Bollywood numbers like 'Mareeze Mohabbat' from the movie 'ShortKut', 'Behka Behka' from 'Sooper se Ooper’, 'Total Talli' from 'Loveshuda’ and the title track of 'Singh Saab - The Great'.

In October 2016, Teesha released her first independent single 'Katna Nai’ which continues to receive overwhelming response from the music fraternity as well as the masses.  The single video which also features Teesha Nigam had been trending on Twitter all across India and Pakistan, from the very next day of its release.

Early life and background[edit]

Teesha Agam Nigam was born on 21st December in Mumabi to Agam Kumar Nigam and the late Shobha Nigam in a Kayastha family. She is a sibling to Meenal Nigam and Sonu Nigam .

Teesha Agam Nigam was born Neekita \ Nikita Agam Nigam but later decided to change her name to Teesha Nigam.
