Professor Norton Nimnul is a character created by The Walt Disney Company. He appeared in Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers as a mad scientist. Professor Nimnul is one of the Rescue Rangers' most frequent enemies. Sometimes Professor Nimnul has help from his nephew Normie.
