Kuttram Seiyel Synopsis. In this civil society the crimes of antisocial elements are increasing day by day. Though they are anti social elements they too human beings. Why at all they should trouble the general public with their activities. Why at all they form?.. conflicts between themselves. Accidentally they become so. As they could not come out they continue as criminals. Story Field.. A rowdy who lives in the city habitually extorts money from the bussines people in that area. Even kills people who comes against him. A police officer decides to an end to him. Young college students are inspired by that rowdy have decide to horrify general public and act like rowdys. Another bunch of students act as police men. The problem and consequences delt by the students.And the success of the police officer is the continuation of story.
