Masatoshi Abe (阿部 正俊, Abe Masatoshi, born November 4, 1942) is a Japanese politician, member of the Diet of Japan, and Senior Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs under the government of Junichiro Koizumi.[1]
He is a native of Higashine, Yamagata Prefecture and graduated from Tohoku University.[1]
He is married to Abe Hiroko and has two children. Abe Nobuhiko and Chiaya.
