The 371st Sustainment Brigade is an Ohio National Guard unit based out of Kettering and Newark. It is the new and larger incarnation of the 371st Corps Support Group. As a Corps Support Group it was in charge of RSOI operations for much of Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom 1. RSOI stands for Reception, Staging, Onward movement and Integration.

The 371st assumed it's Sustainment Brigade title and structure in September of 2006. More than doubling in size from it's CSG status.

Before the Iraq war, The 371st CSG hadn't been deployed since World War II. The unit has since been deploy during Katrina Relief efforts when it was based out of Kiln, Mississippi during September 2005.
