Ssebaggala Douglas is a Ugandan, living in Kampala. He studied from Makerere University, specializing in Information Technology. He has a passion and active role in some of the Open Movement Communities: In November 2016, Douglas Founded OpenStreetMap Uganda, a locally registered NGO in Uganda together with other members of the OpenStreetMap Community in Uganda.
