Chelmer Valley High School (CVHS) is a public school in Eastern england. It is run by Mr D. Franklin and has been granted a specialist engineering college. It also boasts some of the highest test scores in the UK, with OFSTED honours recently been granted to Mark Wilkinson, James Cockburn, Kristian Hawkins, Luke Poulton, Angus Roy and Luther Blithet. It teaches a variety of subjects, from english to PE, maths to business and many more. A previous ofsted inspection revealed it is a suitable school for children to learn things in. But the most famous part of cvhs is the fact that it has the 2003 Independant Teacher Of The Year Award Winner Mrs Bacon. Of course nothing is perfect, chelmer has many flaws, such as the lack of trees on the field, as many students like trees. Also, in 2004 Year 11 Students nicola Lockwood and george munson were sentanced to 5 years in prison for mugging a man in the street. In what was called a "Dark day for chelmer" the pair jumped on an old man and stole his belongings. When questioned in court, Miss Lockwood pleaded guilty to attacking him, for being "F***ing jewish" in a violent outburst But this was due to their harsh upbringings in east london, the school was confirmed in court to have had no influence in this
