My name is Douglas Love and I work at Consumer Reports (CR), the nonprofit member organization that publishes Consumer Reports magazine and the web site, www.ConsumerReports.org. The advocacy division of Consumer Reports directs the organization's efforts to secure strong pro-consumer policies and practices in government and across industries.
