Hugo Andrés Alarcón Abarzua (born 11 January 1993-death 11 January 2019) was a Chilean footballer who played for Deportes Iberia as Striker at the moment of his death, when he turned 26.

Club career

Allan did all lower in Universidad Católica and his debut was in 2013 in a 0-0 against Palestino. In July 2014 he's loan to Deportes La Pintana for a one-year loan.
