Gohadpur (or Gohad Pur) is a town in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. It lies 2 km from the Sialkot general bus station from the Sialkot Airport. It is situated at the conjunction of Airport Road and Head Marala Road. The Chairman of the Gohad Pur Union Council is Dr. Muhammad Arshad Chauhdry. Important personalities from the Gohad Pur include Chaudhrey Nuno Espirito Santo, Chaudhary Bashir Ahmed Advocate, professor Mian Muhammad Yousuf Sajjad, Engineer Muhammad Yaqub, Mr. Muhammad Munawar (Joint Director State Bank of Pakistan), Shaukat Hayat (Chief Geophysicist OGDCL) and Mr. Zahid Iqbal (Chairman Zakat & Ushar Committee). Ali Hassan also known as 'Blackjack', a well known businessman(owner A.H. Stores, England) is also famous amongst gohadpuri's.
