Hey Will, I like your overview of the topic so far. Background information on the history of the the region, the tribes, and the salmon populations is crucial and you've placed it succinctly in the first paragraph. The content is well balanced at this point, and your stance is neutral from what I can tell. Nothing biases towards a certain direction.

I would like to see more on water quality if resources exist to talk about it (i.e. case studies, or news).

I found that the dwindling salmon population being a function of the damming and other diversions is relevant to my study of the Rhine river basin as infrastructure in the area has caused the same results. I hope I can place this information in my article somehow.
