Paul Steigerwald is a sports announcer. He became the TV play-by-play announcer for the Pittsburgh Penguins on FSN Pittsburgh for the 2006-2007 NHL season after years of being a color-commentator to Mike Lange and a stint doing play-by-play for the Penguins on radio. He is also the voice of the Altoona Curve, the AA affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Steigerwald makes a cameo as the Penguins play-by-play announcer in the film Sudden Death. His family jokingly calls the moment in the film where he cries "Holy Shit!" the proudest moment in their family's history.
