original publication of title story

I added info on the original publication of the title story, in the Daily Express over between 29th Sept 1975 and 3rd Oct 1975, with illustrations by Andrew Robb.

So far my only source is this AbeBooks ad for the original pen and inks of the illustrations, which I do not think is a citable reference (and might disappear if anybody buys those drawings). Hopefully somebody can find better documentation, maybe even copies of the newspapers themselves with the serialised story!

The exact wording of Fraser's intro is what got me investigating: he claimed the title story was actually "found" in the same "packet" as Flashman and the Great Game (also published 1975), and was set aside as it was unrelated, and left until similar shorter "packets" could be found and grouped. But there is no mention in the book's publication fine print that one of the three stories had ben previously published.
