Prince Leonard I (Leonard George Casley; 28 August, 1925 - 13 February 2019[2][3]) was Prince of Hutt River since the micronations founding by declaring his farm and independent country until his death on 13th February 2019. He was the founder of the Principality of Hutt River, an unrecognized micronation located in Western Australia.[4][5] Prince Leonard's death was caused by emphysemia.[6]
