Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

This means that she gave "you" (only you) permission to use her profile avatar. If a photograph is in public domain, it can be used by anyone. Does she permit anyone to use this photograph? Please consider donating this file instead. Masum Reza📞 16:15, 9 August 2019 (UTC)

@Elcobbola: hi sir sorry for say when i see your name i seems that person is my enemy why you delete my picture again and again i am not fraud i have right to upload my own picture with government rights why dont let me my one picture that picture will be use on wiki article i am not Sockpuppetssockpuppets if you want to remvov this kind of this and i just want to upload only one picture i will not upload countineusly and your thing that you dont want to unblock me then please tell me i will leftwikipedia for forever i am tryings to for 5/6 days and i couldnot sleep
