As wittnessed in this clip Melania has only a very basic understanding of the french language. I have not found evidence that shows her speaking german anywhere. I think we would need to incorporate the fact that she doesn't "speak" said languages because that implies that she's fluent when in actuality her knowledge doesn't go beyond the most basic standard phrases. This is important insofar as a proposed Trump administration immigration plan aims to set the bar higher for applicants of a green card by requiring them to show proficiency in the english language (among other requirements). A more truthful image of Melanias skills helps objectivity.
