Bring Me the Horizon

Bring Me The Horizon is a band from Sheffield, Yorkshire. The band formed in the year 2004 from members of other bands within their local area. Matt Nicholls left band Tish Noir to start the band up with Oli Sykes and the rest of the band. Matt Nicholls and Oli Sykes became friends through meeting at the kids cororation aged 15 and later met Curtis, Lee and Matt at college. They have incorporated elements of Death Metal and Metalcore into their sound on their debut album "Count Your Blessings" which was released October 30th 2006. They are currently signed to the label Visible Noise Records and are currently supporting Welsh labelmates Lostprophets on their tour. They have recently finished a UK tour supporting their new album with Centurion and penknifelovelife (Deathcore band Abigail Williams were on the tour originally but had to leave when their drummer sustained a wrist injury).
