If anyone is wondering... My name is Nicole. My internet handle pretty much everywhere is niccast; so if you see that on, say, rockclimbing.com, it's probably me (but nic cast and nick cast are not). I'm a pediatrician with a strong liberal arts education and an undergraduate degree in engineering, a rock climber, and a resident of the Pacific Northwest. Any medically related edits I make could be said to come from an authoritative source. All other edits are pretty much just a well-educated person's judicious, discriminating use of Google :)
