Looks like it to me. AfD is redlinked but it is transcluded to whichever delsorts the editor used (saw it in Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting/Journalism). A list of affected pages can be generated by going to Special:WhatLinksHere and inputting Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dick Oliver in the search box. I removed the afd from most of them but I don't know if that even makes any sense; bots should be able to do the clean-up.
