Bader Alhomoud (Arabic: بدر الحمود) is a Saudi Arabian film director and screenwriter.[1][2]

Career

Alhomoud started his directing career on 2008. He directed the film Bliss of Being No One, that won many awards including Best Muhr Gulf Short at Dubai International Film Festival[3][4] the Special Jury Prize at the Beirut International Film Festival,[5][6] Best Script award at Red Sea International Film Festival[7]. The film has been screened in numerous festivals such as the Gulf Film Festival, Dubai International Film Festival , Abu Dhabi Film Festival and has won other awards.[8] His film Monopoly, made an effective social impact on Youtube that discussed the housing issue in Saudi Arabia.[9]
