Hello! I'm a relatively new editor here, so if I do something wrong, please call me out on it. Meanwhile, here is some info about myself:

• As a kid, I created my own language, which only I in the entire world could speak. In fact, my username translates as "bad lively one" from that language, or, more accurately "the aggressive one", and is pronounced [na'i:uˌviə 'aɛʊ]. It's a running joke in my family, because there was once an instance where me and my brother play-fought with each other, when my grandmother arrived in shock, proclaiming "just look at how aggressive our kids have grown to be!". Both me and my brother found it really funny, and when we explained to our grandma that we weren't really fighting, she found it funny, too. The incident lived on in the form of an inside joke ever since.
• My native language is Russian, but I like to believe that I speak English pretty well as well. However, if you do spot some really funky English from time to time, that must be my Russian heritage shining through. In addition to Russian, English, and Yiablao (my made-up language), I don't really speak any other languages that well, but I am interested in linguistics and just learning languages in general, so I think it's only a matter of time before I learn some more languages.
