Diana Pho is a costumer, writer and editor for Tor Books, multiple Hugo award nominee.
Biography
Pho was born on May 14, 1985 and is a native of Massachusets. She has a double Bachelor’s degree in English and Russian Literature from Mount Holyoke College in 2007 [1] and a Master’s in Performance Studies from New York University.[2]
She began participating in Science Fiction fandom as a teenager, writing fan fiction. She went on to write social and political commentary regarding Steampunk[3] before taking a position at Tor Books.
Awards and nominations
Pho was nominated for Hugo Award for Best Professional Editor, Long Form in 2018[4] and 2019[5]. Books she’s edited that received awards include Steeplejack (Thriller Award for Best Young Adult), the Ditmar Award (Crossroads of Canopy, for Best Novel)
