Angel Penchev (Bulgarian: Ангел Пенчев) is a Bulgarian psycho-neurologist and morphologist, director of the mental-psychiatric clinic at the Sofia Faculty of Medicine.[1] He fled Bulgaria after the Soviet Union invaded in 1944.[2]
