Suspected sockpuppets

I've nominated "Master Music Publications" for deletion. Now I notice that it is the same editors who have contributed to this article and the articles on Master Music Publications clients such as Ji Liu, Luka Okros, Nicholas McCarthy (pianist) and Artur Cimirro. Notable amongst these 'editors' is User:Cabin2015 whose contributions are solely about MMP and its clients. Others include Oberman (Special:Contributions/Oberman) User:Moltomusic (Special:Contributions/Moltomusic), and Ilovelifeandmusic (Special:Contributions/Ilove life and music). Some of them have only contributed to one MMP client (and made no other WP contributions) - Cabin2015 has contributed to quite a few of them (Special:Contributions/Cabin2015). The articles on these MMP clients all include extensive lists of their publications (i.e. publications by MMP) added by these editors. A former editor,User:MasterMusicPublications, now blocked, also contributed to these articles (Special:Contributions/Master_Music_Publications). I am guessing that these may all be sockpuppets - or maybe, to judge from some of the comments below, there is meatpuppetry going on, which is also covered by WP:SOCK. Hello there, I refute the accusation my account (Cabin2015) is a sockpuppet. This is my only account and I don’t have access to any of the accounts listed above. I do however recognise Molto Music, which seems to be Luka Okros management company. I personally love sheet music publishing, noticed MMP and decided to contribute to the quite comprehensive Wiki pages on sheet music publishers when I noticed MMP wasn’t included. I haven’t seen anywhere else where I can contribute in the world of publishing (although I have made some additions to sheet music lists that are not connected to MMP at all). If you like, I can look into the company more and see if I can add to the page to make it more ‘notable’. Although the page itself might not be thorough, they pop up a lot and publish for ‘notable’ people, so I don’t see why it should be deleted. (Cabin2015 (talk) 18:20, 19 May 2020 (UTC))[reply]

  • Wow, quite a coincidence then that every single one of your WP contributions except the first two or three have concerned MMP and its clients. Unless of course you have a WP:COI which you haven't declared, the odds against that must be astronomical!--Smerus (talk) 18:43, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Why the hostility? I spents hours working on these edits and no WP:COI, and yes most of them have been MMP related, as that was something I saw was missing and wanted to contribute, people can like brands by the way! Have you not seen the following some brands have? Cabin2015 (talk) 19:01, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Please note, Cabin2015, that it is strictly against WP rules to undo a notice of AfD as you have done at Master Music Publications. The notice makes it absolutely clear that it must not be removed until this disucssion is completed. I have replaced it and if you (or any possible sockpuppets or collaborators of yours) remove it again I shall formally report it.--Smerus (talk) 21:08, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Yes, I deliberately left the text in the > < as that clearly states that cannot be deleted. I believed the way to contest the deletion was to delete the text in the middle. I apologise if this was incorrect. If it was malicious I would have deleted the text in the > <. May I please recommend you act a little kinder to people who, like yourself are giving their time freely to improve Wikipedia - a hostile environment is not healthy.Cabin2015 (talk) 21:39, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mr. "Smerus" Here is Artur Cimirro, my account "Oberman" was not related to any of these other users you mentioned. As a concert pianist and composer from Brazil, which you can easily check I really am via internet (and I can do a video to prove to wikipedia if necessary), in the past I decided to make changes in the information around my name on Wikipedia because there were many wrong things and some missing information (now it is not even updated). I have never seen the article about "Master Music", and I can't remember of any edit of mine in such article, but the Master Music Publications from England are publishing musical scores of my piano transcriptions for the left hand since 2018 and also they published some writing of mine. I hope you will be able to check I'm using an IP from Brazil, and the others are using IP from other places in the world. That would be enough I believe. Also, I do not like the kind of "ironical way" you just wrote to the other user, and I really hope you do not repeat such act with me because I'm not giving you any "friendship" nor "liberty" to speak in such way with me. If Wikipedia is a serious place, this is not the way to write to other members unless you are a 12 years old boy with a 7 years old brain - I really hope it is not the case. Also, if you are hunting articles with dubious interests I'm sure you can find a lot of them in the ones related to big companies of Movies and pop art in general, pornography, politics, etc, because there are the ones who have a real market of billions to deal. People making musical scores and classical art are only promoting the history of art and finding ways to make the very few people interested in classical art to find what they are looking for, because this will not be on TV or on Radio or anywhere unless it is made by a big company (does wikipedia consider big companies have sockpuppets?) I hope that makes it all clear. Artur Cimirro ( oberman ) Oberman (talk) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Oberman (talkcontribs) 19:17, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
