Lakhahi is a village and a large Gram panchayat and a Nyaya Panchayat in Dhaurehra tehsil Lakhimpur Kheri district, Uttar Pradesh state, India.[1] It is a erstwhile Independent Princely State and a Zamindari Estate.[citation needed]

Lakhahi was earlier famous for Ketki Flower.[citation needed]
