Hi everyone! I'll be working on this page this month (May 2020) for a university assignment. Feel free to reply to me (talk)if you'd like to collaborate to make this article even better! Graceoftheshire (talk) 01:34, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Rates in Statistics Table
I was unable to find enough information to complete the "rates" section, however, I think that the rates I have found illustrate a change in the number of abortions that is important. For this reason, I decided to leave it in. Feel free to fill out the rest of the table. Please note, "rate" is equal to the percentage of women between 15 and 44 who had an abortion in a given time period. Graceoftheshire (talk) 02:51, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Good work putting the table together. Yes, I think leaving the gaps where they are is the right thing to do. [And this is not very important, but I believe the rate is measured as 1000 × total number of abortions / number of women 15–44. This would differ from your description if a woman has more than one abortion in a year, or if a woman under 15 or over 44 has an abortion. Both of those are rare, so wouldn't make a difference in practical terms.] Wikiacc (¶) 14:34, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
