Hilal bin Ali bin Hilal Al-Sabti was born on October 27, 1972. He is the Executive President of Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB), since May 2015, under Royal Decree No. 24/2015.[1][2][3][4] Hilal is a Senior Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH).[5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
