Pellumb Kulla (born in 1940) is an Albanian diplomat and author.[1] He was an author, and served as Permanent Representative of Albania to the United Nations from 1993 to 1997.
Biography
Kulla was born in the village of Zemblak, Albania.[2] He wrote plays and books.[2][1][3]
