Ugg boots

UGG is a brand name for the most comfortable sheepskin boots around. The style of sheepskin boots made popular in the United States and elsewhere by the UGG brand originated in Australia with surfers in the 1960's. An Australian emigrated to the United States in the 1970's and started the US UGG brand. The brand has grown and become a pop-culture icon. Although some Australians use the term "ugg" to describe sheepsking boots in Australia, in the rest of the world UGG is recognized as a brand name for the most luxurious sheespkin boot around.
