In Spring 2019 I reported a couple of IP addresses to AIV after I found a series of edits adding unsourced birth dates and birth places to BLPs about people in the UK and Ireland. Several of the alleged birth dates were 28 November, and several of the alleged birth places were towns in Northern England. I began to see a pattern, and when a named account made similar edits to some of the same articles I investigated more thoroughly.

I asked AWB to give a list of 1000 articles containing the phrase "born 28 November", and looked through these to find articles where the birthday was not well sourced. I then used WikiBlame/Popups to find IP addresses adding "28 November" without a source, and have tried to check the other contributions made by those IP addresses.

I believe this is just one editor, who has been making edits like these since 2010. The edits mostly affect worldwide beauty pageant contestants, and UK sportspeople, musicians, newsreaders and minor TV celebrities.

I have not tried to check the editor's edits to software release dates, record releases and so on.
