Hi , I initially generated the account "AlphaMoron" so that I can describe a disease which is called toxic leukoencephalopathy . It is a rare but disturbingly debilitating and/or fatal condition suffered by some people who take heroin by inhaling the vapour ( the smoke ) of this drug off of a heated piece of aluminum foil .
