Why?

For intellectuals ideas (including atheist dogmas) are toys. Your atheism is for us a provider of toys. One man's atheism is another man's laughing stock. We do not hate your atheism, there is no hate of ants necessary to crush their habitats.

But Really?

Ok, as you may have realized, the above is not meant to be serious. I do not personally believe atheism is incoherent or particularly wrong. I am not an atheist, but I do not have anything against atheists, or people of any other religion or non religion. I do not edit in favor of the Catholic Church or against the Catholic Church. I also do not want an us vs them mentality. If you think Catholicism is evil, but love Shakespeare, we probably will have a lot in common. Religion is just 1 part of who I am

Insults

I have struggled with mental problems for a large part of my life (though, I am still considered young), thus, I do not like insults that deride mental problems. Being mentally ill is not a weakness, it is a sickness.

Trivia

  • I accept evolution.
  • I believe Shakespeare was the greatest writer of all times
  • I am pro-life but I recognize that most people that are pro-abortion, are not evil and hold to other positions because of misunderstandings, not hatred of children
  • I would not consider myself either a conservative or a liberal. Centrist is probably the best descriptor for me
  • My edits regarding religious topics are NOT made to support any particular religious dogma. I usually strive to provide both sides of the argument
  • I love chess
  • I support democracy and freedom of religion
  • Mocking my religion will not make me mad.
  • Supporting my religion will not necessarily make me like you
  • I do not care if you are gay, promiscuous, use condoms etc. These are honestly some of the most uninteresting topics in religion/philosophy
  • I believe racialism is pseudoscience. Thus, I disagree with the whole concept of a race as a coherent idea
  • Liberals consider me a conservative, conservatives consider me a radical liberal.
  • Intelligent design is NOT science. Teleological argument is a valid philosophical argument
  • I do NOT believe that "science" is foundation of any kind of epistemology.
  • I think national pride is very much valid and admirable. National identity is a coherent concept, race is not. Dark skinned French people should be proud of their French heritage, language, culture, cuisine, history and art, because it's an actual, tangible thing. Race is not
  • Huge fan of basketball
