MOS:HYPOCORISM

Hi. Regarding this edit of yours, my understanding of MOS:HYPOCORISM is that because Dashiel obviously shortens to Dash, that we should not mention "better known by the name Dash Snow" in the first line. You appear to think differently, so are you please able to explain where you think MOS:HYPOCORISM specifies this? I ask because I thought I understood this one. Hi @Lopifalko:, I wasn't familiar with the name Dashiell having a known nickname of "Dash". If you look at the MOS:HYPOCORISM example, I think this fits the first and third example under "Pseudonyms, stage names, nicknames, hypocorisms, and common names".
