Kin Shriner (born December 6, 1953 in New York, New York) is an actor, best known for playing Scott Baldwin on both daytime serials General Hospital (1977-1980, 1981-1984, 1988-1993, 2000-2004) and Port Charles (1997-2000, 2001).

He has also had recurring guest-starring roles on Baa Baa Black Sheep, Full House, and Justice League Unlimited.

Kin is the twin brother of fellow actor, Wil Shriner. Their father was Jewish and their mother Catholic; they were raised in her religion in New York City.

Shriner also got into serials as Jeb Hampton on Texas (1980-1981), Brian Carey on The Bold and the Beautiful (1995-1996) and as Harrison Bartlett on The Young and the Restless (2004).

Shriner joined the cast of As the World Turns as Julia Larrabee (Sarah Brown)'s brother Keith Morrissey from February 2005 to January 2006. His role drew favourable reviews although he was detested by most fans of the show as he broke up Holden (Jon Hensley) and Lily Snyder (Martha Byrne), a very popular couple.
