Matthias Grunsky (born in Vienna, Austria) is a cinematographer whose name is most often linked with film director Andrew Bujalski.

Grunsky's first feature was Funny Ha Ha (2002) for Andrew Bujalski, with whom he subsequently worked on Mutual Appreciation (2005). Grunsky's other work has been on US independent films, including most recently Grace Lee's American Zombie and Joe Swanberg's Nights and Weekends.
