Maz Hack (aka) Librareggae enjoys creating authentic reggae music. He chose his name by combining both his astrological birth sign and the music he grew up embracing when he was young. It all started when he was 12 when he received drum lessons whilst living in Leeds. When he was 14 he joined a reggae band and did a number of gigs around the country. However, they disbanded by the early 80s, so he kept himself occupied playing for other bands, following sound systems and learning to play other instruments.
Many years later he now resides in the West Midlands and has spent many years producing songs in his home studio. He is not looking for any fame or fortune, it's just his passion to share what he loves to do. In August 2020 during the lockdown he decided to start releasing his work.
