When [[Haseo]], the [[protagonist]], arrives at the cathedral, he witnesses his friend Shino being killed by [[Tri-Edge]], and Azure Kite leaving the area. Shino falls into a [[coma]] in real life, and Haseo draws the conclusion that Azure Kite, often mistaken as "Tri-Edge" by most, is to blame. In this, Azure Kite does not take on his "sewn-together" look from G.U., but merely looks like a flaming, evil version of Kite (with the one eye showing, of course). In the last book of, Azure Kite is mentioned by Balmung as the "Azure Flame". right after Balmung is defeated by him. After Balmung says, "This man...That Kite! Not him...!!" Azure Kite Data Drains Balmung moments after. While this was drawn to promote the ''G.U.'' series, it is likely not [[canon (fiction)|canon]] due to not fitting with Azure Kite's backstory. |
