Daniel Rojas Pachas (born 1983) is a Chilean novelist, editor, poet and academic currently living and working in Belgiun. Rojas Pachas is known for his novel Random and his academic work dedicated to Latin-American authors. In 2015 Rojas Pachas win the Award for Cultural Management of Arts and Heritage from the Ministry of Cultures and Arts and Heritage of Chile.

He studied literature at the University of Tarapacá on the northern border of Chile. In that region of the country he founded the Cinosargo publishing house and developed the Tea Party cross-border poetry festival, bringing together more than one hundred and fifty poets for five years. In 2016 he moved to Mexico to study a postgraduate degree in Hispanic American Literature and developed editorial work that represented Chile in international spaces such as China, Switzerland, the Frankfurt International Book Fair and the Guadalajara Fair. He is currently developing research on the work of Enrique Lihn and Roberto Bolaño at the KU Leuven university in Belgium.

About his poetry, the Chilean translator and researcher Arturo Ruiz has said: "With his books and his magazine in electronic and printed format, Daniel Rojas Pachas is opening a new space for new reflections and new ways of revolutionary thinking and praxis. In the recent marches against the government, students had used pop culture characters to show their discontent against Piñera’s education policies. This year, the hammers of the British movie The Wall marched by Alameda –the main street of Santiago– it was a performance by the protesting students; zombies danced before the government palace, and Goku, the character of Dragonball Z, confronted the police forces in Santiago’s protests. Pop culture is revolutionary again. Long before, Daniel already understood the revolutionary potential of this pop culture and the Internet, and he began to use its images in his poetry."

Rojas Pachas is in charge of the direction of the publishing house Cinosargo, a publishing house with more than thirteen years of experience and a catalog of 150 titles. He has published the poetry collections "Gramma", "Carne", "Soma", "Cristo Barroco", "Allá fuera esta ese lugar que le dio forma a mi habla" and "Mecanismo destinado al simulacro" and the novels "Tremor", "Random", "Video Killed the radio star" and "Rancor". His texts are included in several anthologies - printed and virtual - of Chilean and Latin American poetry, essays and narrative.

In 2013 he was anthologized along with Alejandro Zambra, Nona Fernández and Mike Wilson in the book ".CL textos de frontera" from the Alberto Hurtado University. In 2014 it was part of the Chronicles book: "Ciudad Fritanga" together with authors such as Lina Meruane and Jorge Baradit, in 2021 it was anthologized in a contemporary Latin American story book "Bajo la soledad del Neon" together with Guadalupe Nettel and Liliana Colanzi.
